Telemetry and Live Data

Connect your meters. See your buildings come alive.

Five protocols, three vendor connectors, and automatic stale-data detection. MeterLens works with the meters you already have.

What Telemetry and Live Data does

MeterLens ingests meter readings from your existing infrastructure via Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, SFTP, or HTTP Push. Readings are validated, rolled up into daily summaries, and linked to the buildings and units in your portfolio. Stale-data detection highlights meters that have stopped reporting so you can act before data gaps become billing problems.

Key capabilities

5 supported protocols

Connect meters via Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, SFTP, or HTTP Push. Use whichever protocol your existing infrastructure supports.

Vendor connectors

Pre-built connectors for Kamstrup, Guru Systems, and Secure Meters. No custom integration work required for supported vendors.

Daily rollups

Raw readings are aggregated into daily summaries automatically. Review trends without sifting through thousands of individual data points.

Stale-data detection

The platform flags meters that have stopped reporting. Know about connectivity issues before they become billing gaps.

Unallocated reading queue

Readings from meters that are not yet mapped to a building or unit land in a queue. Assign them when you are ready, without losing any data.

HTTP Push support

Devices like the Elvaco CMe3100 can push readings directly to MeterLens over HTTPS. No polling, no middleware.

Who benefits

Operations Directors

See live meter health across your portfolio. Stale-data alerts highlight buildings with connectivity issues before they affect billing.

Facilities Managers

No need to replace existing meters. MeterLens connects to what you already have via standard protocols.

Energy Consultants

Access granular telemetry data for diagnostic work. Daily rollups and trend views are available alongside raw readings.
